An American woman was found dead in an apartment after partaking in 'extreme sex' before cops arrested her husband after finding drugs in the flat during their vacation in Spain. 

The body of the woman, 44, was discovered inside a tourist apartment located in Plaza Enrique Garcia Herrera, Malaga, on April 6, after the husband alerted authorities.

Spanish police quickly arrested her husband, 50, as sources close to the case revealed to local media that the death may have been related to some 'extreme sexual practices' that the pair were involved in.
